What we collect
Name and email address, a password (stored scrambled, never in readable form), a parent or guardian’s name and email for students under 18, the messages and essays you share with your tutor, booking and attendance records, and invoicing records.
Who can see it
Your tutor and the platform administrator. Messages and essays are private between you, your tutor and (where used) your guardian. Students can’t see other students.
How long we keep it
Messages and essays are deleted automatically after 365 days.
